Nothing is uploaded
The converter runs inside this page. Cut your network after it loads and it still works.
No account, no daily limit
No sign-up, no daily limit, no watermark, no queue behind other people's files. Batch as many ODT files as you like.
Real TXT output
Encoded by pandoc, the same library the command-line tools use — not a renamed extension.
About ODT
OpenDocument Text
The word-processing format of the OpenDocument standard (ISO/IEC 26300) and the default in LibreOffice Writer. Like DOCX, it is a ZIP archive of XML files. Use it for LibreOffice and for organizations that require open document formats.
About TXT
Plain text
Text with no fonts, styles or layout, usually encoded as UTF-8 today. Use it when you only need the words, for search, scripts, or pasting without formatting coming along.
